Questions, feedback and feature requests
Send a message to @blauyourmind on X. Direct messages are open. This is the fastest route for anything that is not a bug in the code.
Bugs and data problems
If a level looks wrong, a ticker fails to load, or the page misbehaves in your browser, message @blauyourmind on X with the ticker, the time you looked it up, and what you expected instead. Screenshots help.
Billing and subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed by Stripe. To change your plan, update a card, download invoices or cancel, open the account menu on the homepage and choose Manage subscription, which opens Stripe's customer portal for your account. If the portal does not resolve it, message @blauyourmind with the email on the subscription and the problem.
Security
If you have found a security issue, please report it privately by direct message on X, and allow a few days for a fix before disclosing it.
Response times
Messages are read daily on weekdays. Expect a reply within two business days; outages and billing problems are handled first.
